Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside only and use the ashtrays provided. This helps us preserve a clean and healthy environment for all guests.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. If you plan to invite outside visitors, please notify us in advance for approval. We reserve the right to deny entry to any unregistered persons, unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by management.
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed unless a separate written agreement is made in advance. This is to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and respect our neighbors.
As much as we love animals, pets are not permitted at the villa under any circumstances.
Please respect the designated check-in and check-out times provided with your booking. Quiet hours are to be observed to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges.
Guests are expected to treat the villa and its furnishings with care. Any breakages, losses, or damages must be reported immediately. If there is excessive damage or negligence, we reserve the right to ask guests to vacate the property without refund and may seek compensation for repairs or replacements.
Please help us protect the environment. Turn off air conditioning units when not in use or when leaving the villa. Leaving AC units running continuously is not allowed.
Children are welcome at Soon Come Villa. However, please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. The swimming pool is unsupervised and may pose a risk. By staying at the villa, guests accept full responsibility for supervising any children on the property at all times.
We do not provide child-specific amenities (e.g., cribs, high chairs, or baby beds). Please ensure the villa setup aligns with your family's needs before confirming your reservation.
Soon Come Villa is surrounded by nature. It is common to encounter insects, lizards, and other small creatures. We maintain cleanliness, but by staying with us, guests accept that this is a part of the natural, tropical environment.
All illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property. Any such activity will result in immediate termination of the stay and notification of the relevant authorities.
