Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. To ensure clarity for all parties, please review our cancellation terms below.

1. How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The date the cancellation request is received will determine the applicable refund amount.

2. Standard Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days before arrival:
Full refund of any amount paid.
60 to 30 days before arrival:
50% refund of the total amount paid.
30 to 14 days before arrival:
25% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 14 days before arrival:
No refund.

3. Deposit & Balance Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due at least 7 days (1 week) before arrival.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 3 weeks of your scheduled arrival.

4. Refund on Deposit (prior to 3 weeks)

If you cancel more than 21 days prior to your stay, 25% of your deposit will be refunded.

5. Force Majeure & Natural Disasters

If your reservation is affected by a Force Majeure event (e.g., hurricane, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond our control), we will:

Offer a full refund, or
Reschedule your stay within 12 months of the original reservation date, based on availability.

6. Non-Refundable Periods

Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations during the following peak travel periods:

Christmas & New Year
Easter Weekend
Independence & Emancipation Holidays
Heroes Weekend

We recommend securing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events during these times.

7. Early Departure

Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will still be charged the full cost of the original reservation. No partial refunds will be given for unused nights.
